Step into a dynamic school-based setting working collaboratively with educators and families to support student growth through speech-language therapy. We are seeking two passionate, skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to provide direct services to K–12 students via a contract assignment. Both roles offer the opportunity to make a tangible impact, whether through maternity leave coverage—with strong potential for a long-term extension—or in a multi-year capacity through May 2027.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCC required (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings
- Comfortable with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage pediatric caseloads of 60+ students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Innovative, flexible, and self-motivated approach to therapy and documentation
Your Role:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse K–12 population
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
- Partner with teachers, families, and school staff to support each student’s educational goals
- Conduct assessments, provide direct therapy, and consult with stakeholders as needed
- Adapt interventions for diverse learning styles and student needs
- Maintain required documentation in compliance with state and district policies
