Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
- Previous experience delivering speech and language services in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
- Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school events as required
