- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to address a range of communication disorders
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Deliver direct therapy services and provide consultation to classroom staff as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and team-based solution planning
