Skills & Qualifications:
- Current SLP license (WI state or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to swiftly adapt to new work environments and teams
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement speech-language therapy plans for students
- Maintain accurate progress reports and documentation in compliance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings and planning
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs
