Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Holmen, WI

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Active state SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Prior experience delivering speech therapy services in a school-based setting preferred
• Proficiency with IEPs, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, adaptable, and collaborative approach
Your contributions will include:
• Conducting comprehensive speech/language assessments
• Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals
• Providing direct therapy to students with diverse needs, both individually and in small groups
• Offering guidance and support to classroom teachers and parents
• Tracking progress, maintaining required records, and communicating student growth
• Participating in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
