Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP in Wisconsin
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in compliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collect data and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Partner with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
- Manage caseload efficiently while adhering to state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
