Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP or eligibility to obtain it
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
- Stellar communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs and work collaboratively with educators and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among diverse student populations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
- Conduct both group and one-on-one therapy interventions tailored to each student
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, services provided, and student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for continued support
