Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for practice in Wisconsin
- Prior experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and adapt strategies to diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in cooperation with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and communications
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and carryover of strategies in classroom settings
- Provide guidance and resources for teachers and parents to further student growth
- Collaborate on strategies for mainstream classroom integration and student participation
