What you'll need:
- Active state licensure and all credentials required for SLPs in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
- Previous work in school-based or similar therapeutic settings
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to high school students within the Compass High Program
- Supervise and support an SLPA to maximize student outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and program staff to develop individualized educational plans
- Track and document student progress
