Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Chicopee, MA

What you'll bring:
• Current MA licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience with or interest in school-based services, including work with pediatric and adolescent populations
• Supervision skills for mentoring an SLPA
• Familiarity with ASD and nontraditional learning environments
• CCC or CFY credentials strongly preferred
• Effective communication, adaptability, and collaborative spirit
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to high school students in a specialized program
• Oversee and guide the SLPA to ensure best practices and optimal student outcomes
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Engage in ongoing consultation with a multidisciplinary team
• Provide input on classroom strategies to strengthen communication skills and student independence
