Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions tailored to specific student needs
- Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Educate and advise other staff and families on strategies to encourage communication growth
