Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students from varying grade levels
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Offer training and consultation to school staff and families regarding communication strategies
