Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to develop and implement effective therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans that align with educational goals and student needs
- Provide direct therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support compliance with state and federal regulations
- Educate families and school staff on communication strategies for classroom and home use
