Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IEP goals and state regulations
- Offer direct and consultative services based on student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences as required
