- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and staff
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Work directly with children in both one-on-one and small group settings to address speech and language goals
- Provide professional input and support for the educational team at IEP meetings
- Communicate student progress effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation according to district and legal standards
