- Valid SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEPs
- Provide direct therapy services to students, ensuring their unique needs are addressed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development sessions
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with federal and state regulations
