Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license for Pennsylvania
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Proficiency supporting elementary students, particularly K-4th grade
- Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to adapt services to meet diverse student needs
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-4th grade students
- Assess and identify students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing student support strategies
