Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lansdale, PA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience providing services within a school environment preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students referred for speech/language services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team planning, and ongoing professional development
