Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs considered)
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings and student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, session notes, and progress reports
- Attend IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development activities as required
- Uphold best practices and ethical standards in all clinical and school interactions
