Desired Qualifications:

- Active state licensure for Ohio as an SLP (or eligibility)

- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable conducting assessments, creating IEPs, and delivering both group and individual therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities to identify needs
- Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans and goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and assist with IEP meetings
- Support students with a range of communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, language, and social communication
