Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of Ohio
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different grade levels and communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with a range of speech and language challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and communicate student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and resources to educational staff as needed
