Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP licensure and eligibility to practice in the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in a school environment, targeting individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students presenting with a variety of speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to reporting and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes for caseload management
