Key details for this assignment:
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8am–12pm
- Assignment duration: June 1st to July 2nd
Your background and experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Ohio licensure for SLP or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience with pediatrics, school-based services, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to design and implement developmentally appropriate speech-language goals for pre-school students
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and compensatory services to pre-school children during ESY
- Develop individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to enhance student progress
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with program requirements
- Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs
