Elementary High School School Speech Pathology | Reynoldsburg, Ohio

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Ohio SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience or interest working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Willingness to work onsite, collaborating with school faculty and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply; supervision and mentorship provided
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school psychologists, and families to foster student success
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of student progress and interventions
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings to support holistic care within the school system
- Engage students with creative and evidence-based therapy approaches across age groups
