Highlights of the role:
- Serve K-8th grade students across two sites, tailoring interventions for each age and need
- Flexible scheduling: 30-32 hours per week, 4 days/week (Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, your preference)
- Benefit from a consistent schedule starting as soon as possible and running through June 6, 2025 (no summer hours!)
- Both SLPs (CCC or CFY) and SLPAs are welcome to apply–mentorship and support available!
- Possibility of assignment renewal for the following school year
Qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP), or completion of applicable program for SLPA
- Minnesota licensure (or eligibility) for SLP/SLPA
- ASHA CCC-SLP, CFY, or SLPA credentials accepted
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads; teletherapy skills a plus
- Enthusiasm for working across multiple sites and collaborating with educational teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to K-8 students
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate student records and progress reports
- Participating in IEP meetings and supporting student goals
