Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Active state licensure in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain before the assignment start
- Previous experience with school-aged children strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans based on individual student needs and IEP goals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document and report on student progress toward established goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
