Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; will consider strong Clinical Fellows
- Previous experience in school settings with K-12 populations highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt services to students’ unique communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students across grades K-12 based on your expertise
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, focusing on a variety of speech, language, and communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress in the academic environment
- Maintain timely records and contribute to IEP processes as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary teams within the school site
