Speech and Language Pathologist in Berkeley, CA

Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow considered
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs
- Organized and self-motivated with time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver targeted speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Maintain detailed documentation and meet state and federal requirements
- Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members on best practices and strategies for student success
- Provide direct and indirect services, modifying approaches as needed based on student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing training opportunities
