Serving students across multiple grade levels, you’ll work with a diverse caseload that promises both professional challenge and personal satisfaction. Qualifications:
- Licensed/Certified as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland
- Experience serving school-aged children with diverse communication needs
- Comfortable working with students primarily outside the general education setting
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45-50 students
- Must provide services in person (no virtual/remote options)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to students with varying exceptionalities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with families and staff
- Adapt therapy approaches to serve multiple age groups and learning profiles
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
