What You’ll Do:
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and help set achievable goals
• Empower students to reach their full communication potential in both group and individual settings
