What We're Looking For:
- Current or eligible Minnesota licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPs with a passion for working in pediatric and school-based settings
- Experience or strong interest in serving students with higher support needs
- Collaborative spirit and clear, compassionate communication skills
- Organized, flexible, and committed to student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy services based on students’ needs
- Work with a small, close-knit caseload to maximize each student's progress
- Focus on providing direct therapy; no paperwork for due process is required–just service minutes
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to create supportive, individualized strategies
- Maintain accurate session records and participate in team meetings as needed
