School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Webster, New York

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in supporting students with developmental disabilities and autism
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists to maximize student progress
- Track and document student performance, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Provide resources, training, and support to school staff and families as needed
