Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Webster, NY

Key Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid and current NY SLP License (required)
- Strong background in pediatric, healthcare, and school-based SLP services
- Experience or interest in serving K–12 populations
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience delivering services both onsite and through teletherapy, or willingness to learn
- Collaborative approach and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy
- Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student outcomes
- Monitor progress and document intervention effectiveness
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
- Adapt services to evolving caseload needs
