Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Henrietta, NY

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- New York State SLP license required.
- Experience or coursework in pediatric speech-language pathology.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and document progress according to school and state guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families to support student growth.
- Provide support in onsite or teletherapy formats as needed.
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs.
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development.
