Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active SLP - Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP Endorsement required
- Background in pediatric speech-language services or school-based SLP experience (elementary, middle, or high school welcomed)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to create individualized education program (IEP) plans and deliver tailored therapy sessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct SLP services to elementary students (grades K-5) across a 37.5 hour workweek
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement therapy goals in alignment with student IEPs
- Maintain accurate progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Partner with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student growth
