Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Recent school-based experience serving K-8 or PreK-8 preferred
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality bilingual (Spanish/English) assessments and interventions
- Strong communication and organizational skills to partner with teachers, administrators, and families
- Comfortable working with diverse communities and managing caseloads across multiple sites as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with IEP goals in both English and Spanish
- Maintain detailed records for compliance with state, federal, and district policies
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and consult regularly with staff and families
- Foster an inclusive learning environment and promote student self-advocacy
