Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Illinois state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Bilingual in Spanish & English, with ability to provide culturally responsive services
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Experience assessing and supporting speech, language, and communication needs in diverse populations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to PreK–8th grade students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support students at multiple school sites within the network
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide bilingual services and evaluate in both English and Spanish
- Contribute to IEP development and progress monitoring documentation
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development
