What We’re Looking For:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC certified).
- Prior experience within school-based SLP settings.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Comfort working with PreK–8 student populations.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to multiple school environments.
- Dedication to culturally responsive therapy and family engagement.
- Passion for facilitating inclusion, participation, and student advocacy.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
- Serve students at multiple educational sites (PreK–8th) within the network.
- Deliver direct therapy services in both Spanish and English, tailoring interventions to students’ linguistic backgrounds.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student development and progress.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reviews.
- Participate in staff development and ongoing professional growth opportunities.
