Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Recent experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive assessments
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ unique goals and progress
- Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives supporting student academic and social success
