Qualifications & Experience:
- Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification as an SLP
- Prior experience or clinical practice in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Comfortable conducting both individual and group therapy

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, staff, and parents

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnostics, and ongoing therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with federal, state, and school regulations
- Deliver engaging and creative speech-language interventions suited to multiple age groups
- Consult with teachers and support staff to create inclusive classroom strategies
- Educate and update families about student progress, strategies, and resources
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
