Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based SLP practice
- Experience with pediatric and elementary school caseloads is highly valued
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and delivery methods, or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational talents
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to a manageable caseload of elementary students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Incorporate innovative, evidence-based strategies into therapy sessions, both in-person and virtual as appropriate
