Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Experience in schools, pediatric settings, healthcare, or teletherapy is highly valued
- Open to SLP-Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Strong collaboration skills, especially in co-teaching environments
- Confident working with preschool and early elementary students
- Comfort with technology and teletherapy platforms for remote sessions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective speech and language therapy sessions for assigned students one-on-one or in a co-taught setting
- Collaborate with the on-site speech pathologist to develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Document student progress and communicate regularly with educational staff
- Utilize teletherapy tools as needed to ensure continuity of services for students
