Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; non-bilingual SLPs considered with interpreter support
- Experience working with medically fragile populations a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a middle school student (2.5 hours/week to start)
- Collaborate with a team of OT and PT providers for holistic care
- Interface compassionately with the student’s family, using Spanish as needed
- Maintain consistent documentation and monitor progress
- Commit to a consistent, multi-year relationship if possible
