Elementary Middle School Speech Language Pathologist in Naperville, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Active PEL (Professional Educator License) with SLP Endorsement
- Experience or strong interest in serving elementary school populations (grades K-5)
- Familiarity with school-based practices at the elementary, middle, and high school levels is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Enthusiasm for delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K-5
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and parents
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and progress reports
- Offer guidance and resources to classroom teachers regarding speech and language development
- Participate in school meetings, team consultations, and professional development sessions
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all students
