Soliant is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for three full-time contract openings with a K–12 caseload in the Elkton area. This opportunity offers a stable school-year schedule supporting a diverse student population across elementary, middle, and high school settings.
Position Overview:
- 3 full-time openings
- K–12 caseload
- Onsite only
- School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services across K–12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred
Experience & Education:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Prior K–12 school-based experience preferred
Work Hours:
- Full-time school schedule (approx. 37.5–40 hours/week)
Employment Type:
- Contract - W2
Compensation:
- $51+/hour DOE (average ~$54/hour, depending on years of experience)
