Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Maryland SLP-CCC license and certifications

- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Enthusiasm for fostering growth in diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech-language needs
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service professionals
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings as appropriate
- Deliver both direct and consultative speech services in compliance with district and state guidelines
