Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • State licensure as an SLP
  • Clinical Certification of Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
  • Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Driven to support a diverse caseload of K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster students’ success
  • Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in accordance with school district and professional standards
  • Deliver therapy services in both group and individual formats, adapting to varying needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Actively pursue ongoing professional development
