Your expertise will empower students to develop critical speech and language skills, shaping their confidence and success both in and out of the classroom.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure as an SLP
  • Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with students, staff, and parents
  • Skill in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring student progress
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

In this rewarding role, you'll:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy sessions to students individually or in groups
  • Assess, diagnose, and identify students’ communication strengths and challenges
  • Create and implement tailored IEP goals in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate results to families and staff
  • Consult with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
