Ideal candidates will have:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with students, staff, and parents
- Skill in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring student progress
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

- Deliver direct speech and language therapy sessions to students individually or in groups
- Assess, diagnose, and identify students’ communication strengths and challenges
- Create and implement tailored IEP goals in collaboration with IEP teams
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate results to families and staff
- Consult with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom
