School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Prince Frederick, Maryland

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Maryland SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply
- School-based SLP experience is beneficial, but strong clinical backgrounds are welcomed
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students across K-12
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster supportive learning environments
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
