Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong passion for working with children and adolescents across K-12
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving teams
- Monitor progress and update goals throughout the academic year
