Desired Qualifications:
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based settings
- Solid knowledge of IEP processes, special education collaboration, and evidence-based therapy techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, teachers, and families
- Proficiency in documenting evaluations, progress notes, and maintaining compliance records
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and track student progress per IEP requirements
- Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to support student learning outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team-based intervention planning
- Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages communication growth for all students
