Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to supporting students’ academic and social development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to ensure integrated student support
- Deliver group and individual therapy sessions, modifying strategies as needed for student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes, maintaining thorough and accurate case records
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
