Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Brandywine, MD

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Eligibility for or possession of a state SLP license
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfort working across K-12 grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver therapy services in individual and/or group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation as required by the school system
- Implement evidence-based practices to foster student growth in speech and language abilities over the school year
