We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Warrenton, Virginia for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity offers the chance to work with an elementary-aged caseload while also supporting students in specialized autism program classrooms.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and treatment plans
• Deliver services to elementary students with a variety of communication needs
• Support students in autism program classrooms through individualized and group-based interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring data
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Help students build communication, social-pragmatic, and academic skills
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Virginia SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• CCC-SLP preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Experience working with students with autism is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
